October 4th: New Hoodies and Tees

Happy fourth to you! Tonight a new hoodie and tee design was added to the shoppe. Each a little bit of a saucy minx we would say-with a good skull friend. Check them out and all of our designs.

October’s Halloween, Macabre and Autumn Stuffs:

  • The shoppe is enjoying the last Ahsoka. Perhaps not truly spooky but it does have witches!
  • Bethalynne made it through one solid night’s sleep and was up and ready to work when the testing of that creepy phone emergency squeal came on. Order packaging and a few designs.
  • Tonight the moon is in waning gibbous phase in Gemini, moving towards a full Hunter moon on the 28th of the month.

October 3rd: Lydia Tarot Restocks

This is a quick update: we’ve started Lydia Tarot restocks for the month. This means two to three decks will be added to store stock once a day. Maybe more if we can increase our already packaged decks ready to ship. We’re not doing private requests for the regular decks at the moment. There are still a few outstanding request orders and order corrections that Bethalynne has to tend to herself. I’m trying to add new stock between 2pm and 4pm (when I get breaks at my own job.)

After dialysis and one more blood transfusion Bethalynne is being released from the hospital. She swears she only needs a day or two to recover so she might be back in working order for the weekend.   • Board finishing awaits us when they finally get the wheelchair and give her the boot.

October 2nd, Board Making

Attic Shoppe Trading Co Alien Spirits Ouija Board design We’re burning this season’s designs for our customized Ouija boards this afternoon. They’ll be stained and given accents tomorrow after some surface smoothing. We have ten new designs for simple boards. There are a few larger, more work intensive boards with Bethalynne’s original clip-art collage style boards. We’re aiming to have at least one J.J. Grandville board and Tea Bats board. There are full samples of packaging in the gallery. Just click on the board. *A few of them still need their product shots.

Bethalynne should be coming home tomorrow. Hopefully she can be wakeful enough to post to her instagram to give everyone a better update. We also went through current orders packaged and readied for the post office. For now enjoy this beautiful day! — The Attic Ghost Nigel

Welcome to the Attic Shoppe Trading Company! The spooky days of autumn have arrived and we all eagerly waited for it for an entire year. Oh the macabre anticipation! And for the Attic it has been an even larger sense of anticipation because it’s our….

Attic Shoppe Trading Co 10 year anniversary

That’s right! 10 years ago October 1st, 2013 Bethalynne officially launched her new shoppe with family help. The first item offered was her Isidore Tarot deck. The deck did very well and still draws positive attention a decade later. The shoppe has seen some ups and downs since Bethalynne is the heart and talent of the shoppe and its products and has began her transplant travels during those years. Speaking of which:

Bethalynne is not quite well enough at the moment to throw herself into the start of the Halloween season. She has actually been doing fairly well compared to Octobers past. However, a small catheter infection she caught relatively quick has been getting antibiotic infusions for a few weeks now. The antibiotics have been draining and causing her mild mental fog. The treatments were coming to a conclusion. The last step was getting her old catheter removed and a new one placed in the same spot. After the procedure concluded the doctor was unable to get the bleeding to stop. She lost a great deal of blood before she was admitted to the hospital for platelets and blood transfusions and further attempts to stop the bleeding. She will hopefully be released from the hospital in a few days and after a brief recuperating period she will be back to start rolling out all the unique specials for this year, along side of a few of the limited editions from previous years. We wish her well and are doing our best to support her and keep October around here going for her and you.

In the meantime we will be posting new apparel designs for the season. We also have a few wonderful dark gift boxes–most of which are Lydia Tarot themed. Bethalynne’s unique display skulls have gotten their packaging and flare. We have a very wonderful wood burning machine that we’re using for customized tarot boxes, ouija boards, rune boards, and the like. So pop back in daily to see what’s new.
