14 Day Notice: If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of its arrival so we can work with you to find the best solution to fix the problem. All inquiries sent after 14 days of arrival will be considered final sales and any issues will become automatically closed.
.: Shipping Times
Most orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days. Domestic shipping times can vary from 3-10 days and international shipping times can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks and may be longer depending on your location. Please note that USPS international priority shipping is not available for all destinations.
.: General Item Refunds
There are no refunds unless the item is defective, in which case we will issue a replacement item. A clear photograph with defect must be offered to start the replacement process. If there is a merchant error contact us within 14 days so we can work to correct the issue.
.: Refunds for Decks, OOAK & Jewelry
All tarot or other decks, OOAK & jewelry are sold as is and considered a final sale once shipped. Great care is taken in packaging these items for shipping. Package/item insurance is included with your shipping & handling expense. If you find your items has been damaged during delivery you will need to contact the USPS to file a claim for reimbursement of the item. Decks come to us shrink-wrapped and are not opened before shipping to customer. If you find an issue with the printing of your deck please contact us with a photograph and description of the defect so that we can address and correct the issue.
.: Apparel Size & Color Availability
If you encounter an out of stock notice for a particular size/color from our apparel selection this is usually only a temporary issue. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you either try a different color (our designs look fabulous on many colors) or stop back again soon to see if the color/size has been restocked.
